The rates shown are for regular UPS and US Postal Shipping, originating from you Illinois distribution center and shipped within the United States. All APO/FPO and international orders will be shipped via US Postal Service Global Express and the receiver is responsible for any duties or taxes that may apply to the order. International freight/shipments do have additional costs above and beyond the standard/normal regular freight charges listed below. These will be billed out separately and will appear on your invoice. Team orders, multiple box shipments, oversized packages (or unique dimensions) and invoices greater than $750.00 are additional. Next Day Air and 2-Day Air charges are in addition to our normal rates.

When placing a time sensitive order, please call to confirm that your order is being expedited. All Next Day Air or 2-Day Air orders please call 1-800-GO-RUGBY to confirm availability and freight costs. To expedite an order we may ship directly from our factories at an additional charge.

We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, and DISCOVER. We also accept checks and money orders, please call for details. We cannot begin custom orders without a deposit. Net terms are available upon credit approval.

Allow a minimum of seven working days for embroidery. Minimum production quantity is 6 pieces. We are sorry but we cannot screen, embroider, letter or number individual items.

We cannot provide copies of embroidery discs. American Rugby does not own the discs. The one time fee paid by your organization to set up your logo is a charge to digitize your logo so it may be used for embroidery applications. This service is performed by an independent organization.

We can screen up to 6 colors. New screen setup $20 per screen/color Screen re-order $8 per color. Application $0.75-$4 depending on quantity and number of colors.

We require camera-ready artwork.

AmericanRugby.com makes every effort to deliver your order quickly when needed. We do not hold orders unnecessarily. Once we receive the goods from our manufacturer/suppliers, we ship your order the same day. If your order requires decorating, numbering or special detailing, three to six weeks is required to process your custom order.

Call customer service at 1-800-467-8429 for a return authorization number if you need to return any item. By law, items must be clean. Soiled or smelly items will be returned to the customer without being processed. When we receive shirts that are torn, American Rugby must return them to the factory to determine the length of wear and usage. Please allow for appropriate time for your return.

We sell the highest quality products and describe them with the manufacturers specifications. We wear these items ourselves and if you are not fully satisfied with your merchandise, you may request a refund. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, send back the merchandise in question with proof of purchase. We will inspect the item and make an exchange or refund. For non-defective items or items ordered incorrectly, our restocking fee is 15%.

We realize the sport of rugby is rugged and demands durable great to play. We expect you will wear your rugby gear for a long time and give it a good workout. If you are one of those unbelievably tough players (i.e. enjoy playing a match on a pitch of jagged rocks and barbed wire) we will repair any damages for a nominal fee. And, if you provide a really great story about it happened we will consider making the repair or replacing the item for free!
